I ordered a jacket and was excited when the package showed up, so it was frustrating to open it and find a totally different size than what I ordered. I was already in a decent mood that day, but this kind of ruined it because I had to spend extra time dealing with the return. They did allow the return, which I appreciate, but I expected better checking before shipping. Not sure I’d order from them again.

I had a question about my order and support got back to me in maybe a few hours or so. It wasn’t totally perfect, but they were helpful enough and got it sorted in the end.

I’ll be honest, Cruise Fashion felt overpriced from the start. I only bothered placing an order because I had a discount code, but even after using it, I was still sitting there thinking, “Is this actually a deal?” It didn’t really feel like one, and I don’t have much patience for prices that only look reduced on the surface.

What made it more irritating was spotting the same or similar items cheaper elsewhere after I’d already bought them. The sale prices catch your eye, but once you compare properly, the savings aren’t that impressive. I wouldn’t be in any hurry to shop there again

I sent it back a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting for the refund to show up. I’m sure everything was returned properly, so I’m not really sure what the holdup is at this point.

pretty let down with my order from Cruise Fashion. It looked nice on the site, but when it turned up it just felt cheap and not made that well. The stitching was a bit loose and the material wasn’t what I thought it’d be at all. I wore it once and it already looked kinda worn out. For what I paid, I expected way better quality. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered from Cruise Fashion thinking it’d show up within a few days. Nope. It ended up taking way longer than I expected, and the tracking barely seemed to update. Frustrating, honestly.
The item itself was fine once it finally arrived. No issue there. But the slow delivery kind of ruined the experience for me. Not terrible, just not something I’d be in a hurry to try again.

I ordered based on the size chart, silly me, and it fit absolutely nothing like it was supposed to. Not sure who those measurements are for, but definitely not actual humans.

At first I was impressed because the box showed up looking neat and well-packed. Then I spotted a small dent on one corner and was like, okay, never mind, that’s a little annoying. Still, everything seemed fine overall.

I was expecting a better selection since they carry some really good brands, and the range looked nice at first. But when I actually started checking, a lot of the sizes I needed were already sold out, which was disappointing.

I don’t know, the item just seemed a little off to me, and the packaging wasn’t what I was expecting. I tried to check it properly, but couldn’t really verify if it was genuine, so... I ended up returning it. Probably won’t buy this again

The site itself looked fine and was easy enough to browse, but once I got to checkout it just kept freezing, like, I’d click to continue and then nothing, which was annoying.

I ordered from overseas it ended up being a bit of a headache. I got hit with customs fees I wasn’t expecting, and the delivery took way longer than I’m used to compared with other international orders I’ve placed. Customer support didn’t really do much to help either. Maybe local orders are fine, but I probably wouldn’t order internationally from them again.
